Tara Spaw Fronczek is a 2011 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, where she was chosen as the Outstanding PTA Senior. Tara has focused her continuing education courses on Pilates based Physical Therapy and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, and is thrilled to start this new endeavor with Nxt Gen Institute. Tara enjoys being active while practicing yoga, Pilates, and running. She also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Dance from Point Park University.
